  4. WHAT IS FCC?
  5. FCC is a Microsoft Windows program that allows you to calculate and monitor the
  6. amount of fat (saturated and total fat), cholesterol, sodium and calories in 
  7. your diet. It comes with a data base of over 1,000 carefully selected common 
  8. foods divided into 30 food groups. The program is a perfect companion to 
  9. American Heart Association's Fat and Cholesterol Counter, a reference for 
  10. everyone who wants a more healthful diet.

  12. INSTALLATION 
  13. Copy all files from the diskette to a directory which must be on your path.

  15. RUNNING THE PROGRAM
  16. From the File menu in Program Manager or File Manager, choose Run. The Run 
  17. dialog box appears. Type 'fcc.exe' in the edit control. Then choose the OK 
  18. button or press ENTER.

  30. Poultry Products, Soups, Sauces and Gravies, Sugars and Sweets and many other 
  31. Miscellaneous Items. Other databases (Fiber, Omega-3, and Caloric Expenditure)
  32. are also expanded.
